We want you to love your purchase from The Initial Choice. If you are not 100% satisfied, we want to know. If any customized order has a mistake through our error, we will replace it at no cost to you. If you receive damaged merchandise, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can take care of getting you a replacement. Please email photographs of damaged or incorrect merchandise.
Please remember that all personalized, monogrammed, special order, sale or items damaged through normal wear and tear cannot be returned or exchanged. When placing your order, please take advantage of the comments field to give us all the information we need to meet your expectations.
